Was a great event. Weather was nice, and action on the stages was great!
Just arrived back after a 8 hour drive yesterday and now have to sort through the oodles of photos.
Nice to see someone other than Loeb win, Latvala deserved it for sure.

Watched the coverage of the rally earlier not knowing what had happened on the last day and im still stunned by what I saw!!
I expected to see that loeb had taken the lead and that would be that but no, what an amazing days rallying ending in a fantastic win for a maturing JML
Just a shame about the Ford teams number 1 who at the moment seems to be all over the place and needs to get things sorted soon!My motorsport pics here on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/allyc85/sets/

Yeah, I just watched as well and stood awake almost half the night. Nice :-) Actually top 5 was in 25 sec by the end of rally. That is almost nothing!
By the end it looks like it was very expensive rally for Citrone (looking those limping and crashed cars at the end).
And one more thing about Citroen speed. They homologated before Australia a lot of things (they were in so hurry that it even caused a penalty in Australia). Since then Citroen has been one step ahead.Colins Crest = Möldri Mätas

the fact that the customer citorens have an easy go at the ford top class boys shows that the citroen team is far more organised and spends its resources more wisely....
they have 2 works cars and 3 customer cars...out of those 3 cars 1 is driven by a tourist with big pockets and stupid kart fans, 1 is given to a young talent that will be the next contender and 1 is used by a good privateer which brings public attention and a lot of fans....
take the situation at ford.....only thing that counts there is money in order daddy wilson to get his son into 15 years plans....no future planning....no solutions...not even testing of some drivers that could potentially have something to bring to the sport....a bunch of ice cream makers, oil boys and overweight electric store guys...we don;t even know if the only guy that will most likely be world champion in the coming years and shows that he actually has a heartbeat during the events is getting payed as it should by the factory or he pays for his drive....
PS... did the whip worked Kamikaze ???

Do you think Ogier would have been able to win if Loeb was chasing after him in the 2nd last stage? (as in Position 2)? Or team orders for Loeb to win the rally?
