Here are the current standings, using the newly approved F1 standings (and its just for fun, I'm not dogging our current points standings, except for the Chase BS)

Tie Breakers are as follows:

1) Wins
2) The real Latford drivers points standings (season long, not resetting after race 26)
3) 2nd Place Finishes
4) Top 5 Finishes
5) Top 10 Finishes

1) McMurray 25
2) Earnhardt 18 -7
3) Biffle 15 -10
4) Bowyer 12 -13
5) Reutimann 10 -15
6) Truex 8 -17
7) Harvick 6 -19
8) Kenseth 4 -21
9) KU Busch 2 -23
10) Montoya 1 -24

I wouldn't mind this point system for a whole season without a chase...it rewards winning, and it gives points to the top-10 finishers. mokin:

Thats a pretty nice points system.

No need to worry about Jimmie Johnson in the points... I'm sure he manage to make top 12 by the time the chase begins.
