Congratulations to James Thompson on winning the 2009 European Touring Car Cup!
Thompson got a 3rd and a 1st to beat Franz Engstler to the title. Apparently in race 2 (unfortunately I missed it all!) he raced from 11th to 1st in his Hartmann Racing Honda Accord. James Thompson is the first man to attempt to race in every single touring car championship in the universe in one season, he's doing a good job!
Blackadder! Blackadder! With many a cunning plan,
Blackadder! Blackadder! You horrid little man.

Harry was actually leading (and I believe would have won the Cup) but under pressure from Thompson he threw it off in the final corner

Despite being wet most of the time, we had great races, with Accords, Lacettis, Leons and Engstler's BMW with very leveled paces. This picture was taken at Turn 1 on Lap 2 of the first race...
