Daytona Conspiracy Theory
Did anyone else notice that Richard Childress won his second Daytona 500 exactly six years TO THE DAY after Dale Earnhardt's death?

yep?
who'd have thunk that the darkest day turned into the brightest day back for Childress.
not only that, the Finish reminded me so much of Dales last win in his career at Dega going from 16th to 1st in the final 4 laps. Kevin was 30th with 20 to go and was 7th in the final restart with 2 to go. and passed 5 cars in the final lap.
truely amazing. but Kyle almost wrecked Harvick going into turn 3, he tried to block harv but Harv was no way in letting up for thatBrian France is a violation of Section 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing)

it would've been truely special if Harvick could've done the "3" in the grass before cooking the engine, what a tribute would that have been

It's nice to know the thought of winning a fixed race doesn't bother you.

He obviously didn't...
But even if Nascar had thrown the caution the millisecond that the 5 went sideways, guess what? The 29 was AHEAD of the 01 when that occured.....then the 01 edged ahead being in the low line (shorter distance) but the 29 repassed him (more momentum)....
So, either way, the right car won!#4 2014 Sprint Cup Champion, 2007 Daytona 500,2003 Brickyard 400,2x Coke 600,2014 Southern 500 Champ: 962 starts,90 wins, 345 T5s, 544 T10s, 44 poles, 2x NNS champ
