MotoGP Rain VS Rules
This is the second MotoGP race effected by rain in a season only 2 races old. I don't recall....How do the rules effect tire selection and bike set up? Are the teams limited to one bike per rider, thereby unable to have a backup with rain tyres in the ready?

Why did they have to change the calendar at all..Everyone knows it rains in Japan early in the year, they should have left the race here till later like it was....
If it ain't broke don't fix it....But I guess some bloke is getting lots of money to reorganise the calendar

Worth remembering the Japanese GP ran early in the season (at Suzuka) from 1987 until 2003, the only races in those years affected by rain were what 1987, 1992, 1995 & 2002?
Not too bad of a record
Tanak was complaining about car not being perfect even when he had 40s lead after first day in Toyota.
