Rumor has it that David Ragan will be out of the #6 UPS car at the end of 2009 ...
the rumor further states that Martin Truex Jr will be called upon to drive the #6 car in 2010 ...
The fly in the ointment is that Roush has to lose 1 Cup car in 2010 ...
Jamie McMurray & the #26 have been rumored to be going away but ...
currently Jamie McMurray in the #26 are outrunning David Ragan in the #6 car ...2008 ESPN Stockcar Challenge MSF Champion :D

i think the #26 team will go. the #6 has too much history in Roush to shut it down. as for the driver though, Ragan is showing a lot of promise, but McMurray hasn't shown much of himself apart from one fluke win at Daytona.

McMurray may end up in the Six. Or not. I think the Six is an important number for Jack Roush, but I also know UPS would love to win a race or two. David Ragan was so close last year to making that final step and it seems he has regressed this year. That said, he isn't back to being the "Dart without feathers" as Tony Stewart called him after his first outing in the 6 at Martinsville.
Of course..who knows what Jack will do? Jack doesn't half the time....."Water for my horses, beer for my men and mud for my turtle".
Tanak was complaining about car not being perfect even when he had 40s lead after first day in Toyota.
