I've got a question that some of you expercts might be able to answer.

Conrad Rautenbach was classified as a non-finisher, but the Citroën Junior team still got 2 Manu points becasue he completed SS23. I thought you could only score points if you were classified after Day 3?

Here is CR registred as retired....

...and he's missing is the final results

    ...but he's classified after SS23.

Can anyone explain why they are able to score manu points if the driver's is registered af "retired"?

It is probably a wrc.com mistake as usual.
At FIA site Citroen Junior team has taken 2 points from Novikov and their total points are 7.

Not bad I'd say for never using a video camera before....let me know what you think, please go easy on me guys Would've had footage from two stages on the Sunday as well if I hadn't had a slight technical malfunction with the battery that day tareup:
Now I know how and where Big Bernhard and I lost one of the four rear bumpers that "went missing" during the rally...

Not a bad idea for a video, Jamie, but a little too "artistic" for my taste. And I didn`t like the music, but thats probably because I`m too old.

Sorry Iskald I didn't realise that was you...... We did take the bumper back to the car in service at the end of the day and spoke to PGA when we gave it back. There was no damage to it at all (or maybe just a scratch where DonJippo squeezed it into his car ) so maybe you lost one of them twice :

I just thought this was funny, that you had footage from us losing one of many bumpers. Actually this became a major problem for us during the second half of the saturday and also sunday morning. We were left with only one rear bumper, partly wrecked by one of the italian guys, and there were none other left in the entire service park. Our solution was to dismount the bumper outside of the service area for others to pick it up and take care of it. We did this twice, but scrutineers soon started to take interest in us when they saw we were coming back into service without rear bumper every time. So we were told by someone in race control that we were close to being excluded if they saw us without the bumper one more time. When we came into service midday sunday our mechanics started to mount the bumper again, which wasn`t easy btw. because it was partly damaged and mounts didn`t fit anymore. But strips and gaffa tape works wonders, as everybody in autosport knows! Anyway, we just had the bumper mounted on the car, when three very serious and sinister looking scrutineers arrived in our tent. They just noted that the bumper was on, took a couple of pictures and left the tent. Not a word was exchanged, but we knew we just had escaped exclusion from the event!

No wonder. I stood at a 90 deg right hander at ss19 ( the one before the left onto the military road) and the snow bank held up fine until you guys came along
