Tobacco sponsor question.
I see that in the Truck series Kevin Harvick's #33 driven by Ron Hornaday has longhorn smokeless tobacco as the primary sponsor, How is this allowed? When Penske isn't allowed to have Marlboro on his cars.
Does anyone know the rules on tobacco sponsorship?
If smokeless tobacco is allowed, Foyt should try to get Copenhagen back. That back and orange/red car of his was one of my favorite of all time.

The Master Settlement Agreement only applies to large tobacco companies who have voluntarily restricted advertising. Not all tobacco companies have agreed to it.
