2009 CMR2 World Rally Championship
Good enough that we're able to be in the 9th season!
Basically all rules remain the same, be honest, no cheating, no shortcutting, etc.
There's a little additon this season though, two new cups to allow basically everyone to be able to compete for a title.
The Colin McRae Trophy(Silver Cup) will be open for all drivers who have never won a rally in the previous 8 seasons.
The Richard Burns Trophy(Bronze Cup) wil be open for all drivers who have never scored a podium in the previous 8 seasons.
However all eligible drivers can still compete for more than one cup(ie the same driver could win the McRae trophy and the Drivers Championship)
The Drivers Championship and Teams Championship remains the same, with all drivers and teams competing being eligible.
The Calendar as follows with it's CMR2 counterpart:
30 January - 1 February: Rally Ireland(Italy)
13-15 February: Rally Norway(Sweden)
