You can add someone to your ignore list by clicking the link on the top right of their profile.

(although I haven't actually tried it)

Yup

Used it for the first time the other day after about 3 years on the forum

You can also go to something in UserCP and write in their user name

i just find it slightly ironic that in ignoring someone you're making an announcement. Just ignore people quietly like the rest of us
