But can anyone create new N cars ?
That's a bad point to delete R4 from Europe ... it's a new step btw WRC and rest of Rally World. There's a big gap in FIA regulations btw biggest 2WD and R5 ... for sure it'll be as Argentine or NZ in a lot of north european countries, with new 4WD out of FIA regulations - and then less starters on FIA events
