    Fidel Castro finally stepping down?

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7252109.stm
Cuba's ailing leader, Fidel Castro has announced he will not return to the presidency in a letter published by official Communist Party paper, Granma.
So who takes the job, his brother?
    If not who then?

    No idea.

In any case, it will probably be the end of Cuban communism.

Not the best news as his brother is the one to take his place.

I'll do it, I'm not terribly communist but I can pretend. I'm looking for work experience.

He will still be running the show.
Raul will assume the Title(and that is all it is...a title) of President.
    Nothing will change for now.

Even if he's actually stepping down, and Raul Castro is getting full powers, where's the difference? The Cuban people still aren't free
