So Neuville said that everything worked at the test rally where he actually beat Evans. Even said he came here with the same setup but suddenly nothing works here

WRC reporter states a full suspension change at service for Nueville and probably gone softer to make the hard tyre work harder as the ones used this morning were still like new.
as long as R5s are still on 'the same levels' for a few years, then its fine. because its not everybody who have the money to build/buy these new spaceframe + aerokit cars, right? if they dont extend...

Whatever they did in service with Hyundai, it doesn't seem to work, Neuville still loosing time.
