I'd guess they had this planned for some time beforehand (at least 2 months). I don't think they could manage to change the rear wing already so if they have to do it afterwards before the rally this testing might have limited value. (though I guess dampers are the main focus right now)
cant you see from the vid the wing is from both sides 3cm smaller now? ;)
