There is no budget problem at Hyundai. Only an equipment and skills one.

We can see it with their facilities, crowds of people walking around service park, bragging how they work hard to develop everything... But us fans see, only 3 cars on each rally, no pace, struggling & frustrated drivers... So actually where the problem/s (which I think are more than only one) lies down?
I think it's the whole car is build too much to Neuville, and now even Neuville can't drive it anymore, ONLY 3 CARS (Toyota have 5-6), Cyril one of the biggest problem there, maybe the team really work as individual, dampers? Reliabililty? WEC project, Hankook tyres+hybridless crap combo don't work together at all.

Fourmaux on his move to Hyundai and their new car which is slower.
"Why?
“I don’t know. We need to ask the drivers at that time when they decided to make a different car, but I don’t want to point to anybody.”

Also question, are we waiting for Hyundai to announce they’re leaving the WRC or the lack of communication from their side already means they’re out after this year?
Would you rather hear them bragging how they will be good next time and then event after the event fail miserably?
