So far for some maybe it is but chuck some bad weather and punctures into the mix and the whole thing could change. Better consistent road surfaces than the lottery and shite on the roads of Croatia. Having driven the Gran Canaria roads and watched the event when it was part of the ERC, IMO its far from boring but each to their own.Quote:

The modern cars are so good now and drivers so precise that dry tarmac can look a bit boring. But that's their fault, not the rally.
Years ago with the Group A and then S2000 cars, this type of event looked great.
Pity the FIA cant mandate a RWD diff bias for the current cars. ;)
