Sordo needs to beat the crap out of that ugly open mouthed brit and that would be perfect. Shame that he isn't nominated as manu driver. It really shows that hyundai have only two good drivers...

Today if you have the room left on the road to drive around something unplanned then obviously you were not going fast enough to use the whole road that was initially available to you.

That wasn't blind corner, and the rock was visible well in advance. Tanak had the choice to slow down and go around it.

Seems like a typical issue for Hyundai, I can recall at least 4 times this happened with the new car.

Toyota seems to get a lot of front-suspension and engine-related issues.

Fiesta had engine management/sensor issues for first half of last year, now seems like it's ok.

Citroen looks most solid overall.

I might be a little slow sometimes, but can someone tell me why the Rally2 drivers aren´t starting first on the road?

I has been like this the last 3+ years. Supposedly there was no point in rejoining just to clean the road. This way they can set some good stagetimes. But it's always unfair to the last wrc cars that make it trough, then again those still get good points.

I think re-starters were first on the road until 2016, they were switched to after P1 starting from 2017 season.

They were definitely not first in 2016. Since that was the year when Championship leader was also first on 2nd day leading to massive Ogier complaints.

Huh Mikkelsen said they had to turn power down for today to "make it last".

So they let him run trough 2 days to get 6+ manu points with no chance for PS points? (or maybe they turn it up for PS).

But aren't engines paired for events?

First time Evans has positively surprised me this year. Sure he got to 2nd from 6th position when everyone ahead either crashed or had issues (punctures, tires, damper++).
But so far today he is going well, let's see how that unfolds.
