Only if a car fails to finish a Power stage they can have a third engine penalty free but the retired engine does not get used...
Reliability is part of the game, normally people can deal with it but if it happens at the "right" moment everybody is up in arms like sport should be different. This isn't sport, it is motorsport.
BTW by the Rules if Ott will use 3rd engine tomorrow +5min will apply in Chile? If yes so why they didn't fit new engine today, get +5min today and go for full points at Sunday.
