DonnieDarco
7th August 2007, 11:58
Hey!! I dispute that :p :

Rollo
7th August 2007, 12:30
A friend of mine commited suicide and left a note; it said...

Kylie's underpants
Kylie's underpants
Kylie's underpants

I guess it was a bum note. :D

DonnieDarco
7th August 2007, 13:31
Kylie wouldn't wear underpants anyway :D

CarlMetro
7th August 2007, 15:37
Well she wouldn't if she was with me ;)

Donney
7th August 2007, 18:12
Is that some sort of policy against underwear?

;)

DonnieDarco
7th August 2007, 18:28
Ignoring Carl, I shall explain :D Kylie would wear pants, not underpants :D

Donney
7th August 2007, 19:01
I wonder how you two know that much about her preferred choice on that type of clothes http://www.freesmileys.org/emo/basic/spock.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org)

DonnieDarco
8th August 2007, 00:22
Well speaking as a woman, I can assure you that I've never worn underpants in my life :D

Rollo
8th August 2007, 00:48
All suggestions that Ms Darco is a prim and proper lady have now been wildly quashed.

I suppose we already kind of guessed that eh?

DonnieDarco
8th August 2007, 02:12
I meant, I wear pants :D Underpants are for men :D

But thanks for the character assassination ;)

Rollo
8th August 2007, 02:53
Would a prim and proper lady admit that pants/underpants exist? Sure it's obvious that they do, but to admit it?

We don't all wear bowler hats and hire servants
More like 24-hour surveillance and dog**** on the pavement

DonnieDarco
8th August 2007, 04:05
Well to be sure, a prim and proper lady at one time would have shuddered in horror at the mere mention of either :D

Nowadays though its universally acknowledged by all that men wear underpants and ladies wear pants :D

djarumdudley
8th August 2007, 04:48
the question then is do all ladies, either prim or proper, wear underpants? if not do we chuck them off the lady pile?

until the answer arrives i'm going to bask in the glory of the last word, it's been some time...

CarlMetro
8th August 2007, 10:31
Nowadays though its universally acknowledged by all that men wear underpants

That's not strictly true, in fact a man where I used to work was extremely fond of wearing 'pants' as you call them. Of course we only discovered this when he was arrested for stealing them off of local neighbourhood washing lines :s

DonnieDarco
8th August 2007, 12:23
Yes, proving my point :D

Dudley - Ladies wear pants, men wear underpants. Though to be strictly honest, ladies prefer men to wear boxer shorts :D

schmenke
8th August 2007, 16:31
Ladies wear pants.
Ms. Darco wears knickers :mark:

:uhoh:

CarlMetro
8th August 2007, 17:21
ladies prefer men to wear boxer shorts :D

......or leopardskin posing pouches ;)

Rollo
9th August 2007, 01:07
Meanwhile David Beckham has been known on at least on occasion (France '98) to wear his lady's pants on his head. Was it to cover up that awful haircut?

CarlMetro
9th August 2007, 06:39
Perhaps it was just to make himself look like a right ****. Then again he doesn't need knickers on his head for that :s

LeonBrooke
9th August 2007, 09:01
So, why would one want to look like a right ****?

CarlMetro
9th August 2007, 11:00
I don't know, ask David Beckham :s

LeonBrooke
9th August 2007, 11:07
I, personally, like my long hair.

Donney
9th August 2007, 12:37
I, personally, had long hair some years ago.

CarlMetro
9th August 2007, 13:04
I've never had long hair. If mine gets too long then it starts to go a bit curly, hence my permanent No2 crew cut ;)

schmenke
9th August 2007, 16:26
I, personally, once had hair :(
Hence my permanent No. 2 haircut :p :

CarlMetro
9th August 2007, 19:36
Wow! You remember that far back :s hock: :p :

schmenke
9th August 2007, 20:15
You can be so cruel Carl :bigcry:

:arrows:

LeonBrooke

Oh come on, get over it ;)

stevie_gerrard
9th August 2007, 23:57
my LW

Rollo
10th August 2007, 00:59
I remember running down to the bank once and cashing in a pound note for 1/2p coins; then throwing 200 of the damn things into the roof cavity of the house were we just moving out of.

If anyone wants to check the roof of 18 Peter St Blackpool, you'll be rewarded with precisely £1 in coppers. But it might take you some time and effort to collect it all.

LeonBrooke
10th August 2007, 06:21
So why did you do that??

CarlMetro
10th August 2007, 08:26
I think it was what Lancastrians did instead of using savings accounts. If you spread you money about like that then you're less likely to spend it ;)

LeonBrooke
10th August 2007, 08:31
Yes, but when you do want it you have to knock on you old door and say to the stranger who answers the door, "Hi, can I climb into your ceiling? I left some money up there"............

:?:

Donney
10th August 2007, 11:46
Maybe if you'd offer some percentage....

DonnieDarco
10th August 2007, 12:50
When my father was a little boy he decided it'd be a great idea to pretend floorboards in a room being decorated were a postbox. So, he gathered up some old family photographs, and posted them :D

Many moons later, the house had been sold on and was having renovation works done. The photos were discovered, an advert put in the paper, and eventually my father showed up to collect them :D

CarlMetro
10th August 2007, 14:26
Were they nudie ones? ;)

DonnieDarco
10th August 2007, 16:20
Sigh :D

MrJan
10th August 2007, 19:05
Is that a yes then?

stevie_gerrard
10th August 2007, 19:38
how immature :p :

schmenke
10th August 2007, 20:36
Shush! Let Donnie answer :p :

CarlMetro
10th August 2007, 23:37
Perhaps they were nudie ones of DD and she's not telling us just in case we track down the newspaper ;)

djarumdudley
11th August 2007, 04:56
my weekly last word....i've fallen so far off.

Rollo
11th August 2007, 10:24
I think it was what Lancastrians did instead of using savings accounts. If you spread you money about like that then you're less likely to spend it ;)

Are the people "darn sarf" really lamenting the loss of one pound? I know that times are tough but really :D

I was happy when twonies came into existance because now we had useful beer tokens.

DonnieDarco
11th August 2007, 23:18
You've had the LW for hours, my turn I think :D

CarlMetro
12th August 2007, 02:12
Time's up DD because it's munching time :D Not really one for the collectors but I'm sure many will be glad to see a welcome return of the Cheerios munch, I know I am :lips:

LeonBrooke
12th August 2007, 06:31
I have to do a head-to-toe assessment tomorrow. I'm anxious, but I should be able to handle it.

DonnieDarco
12th August 2007, 11:06
Great, Cheerios again :(

Donney
12th August 2007, 15:10
Yeah, where's the party? :dozey:

MrJan
12th August 2007, 19:54
The party is certainly not at my house

DonnieDarco
12th August 2007, 23:08
It's not at mine either, we're too busy lying down outside looking up at the sky, trying to spot a meteor :D

Rollo
13th August 2007, 03:14
I spent last night lying down looking at Sky, trying to spot a goal :\

CarlMetro
13th August 2007, 08:33
I saw one but wished I hadn't ;(

Happy Monday everyone

Donney
13th August 2007, 10:29
Sorry Carl, and happy Monday to you too.

The LW will spend some time with me.

DonnieDarco
13th August 2007, 13:06
Well, thats over :D

Donney
13th August 2007, 14:44
I guess nothing lasts forever. :p

CarlMetro
13th August 2007, 15:44
Some things do, like Enegizer Bunnies ;)

Donney
13th August 2007, 17:24
I suspect that is not entirely true....

It must be or the adverts are telling lies ;)

13th August 2007, 18:59
I think Carl has some spare Cheerios :p

NoahsGirl
13th August 2007, 19:10
I've just had a roast chicken dinner, with cheescake for desert. I'm not hungry anymore

Donney
13th August 2007, 19:30
Hi NG!

CarlMetro
14th August 2007, 00:55
I think Carl has some spare Cheerios :p

I never have spare Cheerios. I have Cheerios but they are never spare, they're mine! mine! mine! :D

DonnieDarco
14th August 2007, 01:15
You have them Carl, have them all :D

CarlMetro
14th August 2007, 01:28
I will :lips:

DonnieDarco
14th August 2007, 01:58
Good :D

Rollo
14th August 2007, 02:54
Have you ever noticed how Cheerios either clump all together or gravitate towards the sides of the bowl. I however still prefer Frosties... They're Grrrrreat! :D

CarlMetro
14th August 2007, 08:47
Good :D

Yes.........they are..........very good indeed :D

DonnieDarco
14th August 2007, 09:26
Sorry Rollo, but that awful ad with the kid on prozac marching about while shouting "They're gonna taste great!!!!" has put me off Frosties for life :D

CarlMetro
14th August 2007, 10:22
Ergh! Frosties, all that sugar :s

Donney
14th August 2007, 10:46
I like regular Corn flakes.

DonnieDarco
14th August 2007, 11:14
Me too, even if I can't quite shake the thought that they look like chicken pox scabs :D

There's a new Cornflake brand just out, with wheat, bran and rice cornflakes I think it is. Will have to try that :D

Donney
14th August 2007, 11:20
They are nice.

CarlMetro
14th August 2007, 11:38
...........but not as nice as Cheerios :D

Donney
14th August 2007, 11:56
nor as sugary....

DonnieDarco
14th August 2007, 11:57
Way nicer than Cheerios :D

CarlMetro
14th August 2007, 11:58
No way! Nothing is nicer than Cheerios :D

Donney
14th August 2007, 14:36
The LW is nicer, but not edible though.

schmenke
14th August 2007, 15:05
Cheerios with blueberries... :D

Donney
14th August 2007, 18:25
Sounds quite good.

schmenke
14th August 2007, 18:50
The LW thinks so :D

Donney
14th August 2007, 18:54
Strawberry and cheese cake is more to its liking, though.

CarlMetro
14th August 2007, 19:16
Yeah, but not for breakfast though :\

LeonBrooke
14th August 2007, 23:38
In case anyone's interested, my assessment on Monday went well :)

CarlMetro
15th August 2007, 00:48
Of course we're interested..............what assessment?

LeonBrooke
15th August 2007, 01:43
The head-to-toe assessment on a patient that I mentioned earlier. I had to choose a patient and do a head-to-toe assessment on them in front of my clinical tutor. The patient I chose was very nice and helpful, and it all went well.

DonnieDarco
15th August 2007, 02:29
Congrats :)

LeonBrooke
15th August 2007, 03:46
Thanks :)

I'm always really nervous about that sort of assessment, but I didn't freeze up at all, I was (mostly) calm for the whole thing.

Rollo
15th August 2007, 04:08
How about the patient, were they calm for the assessment? Hang on, they don't get any marks do they? I sense... cheating

CarlMetro
15th August 2007, 08:55
How about the patient, were they calm for the assessment?

They were until he snapped on his rubber gloves and pulled a big pot of Vasoline from his pocket

DonnieDarco
15th August 2007, 12:17
Ouch :D

schmenke
15th August 2007, 16:15

:erm:

MrJan
15th August 2007, 19:52
Two games, six goals, two points clear. Grecians are on the march towards league football (until it all goes tits up). Plus I have the last word, sweeeet.

CarlMetro
15th August 2007, 21:41
Some parts of your statment were true facts, others sadly were mere speculation and wishfull thinking :D

Rollo
16th August 2007, 01:17
Weren't the Romans brilliant? They beat everyone in wars, and had better helmets but the most brilliant thing the Romans ever did was eat and eat until they were full and then sick it all up! And then start eating again! Brilliant! And this was like, long before bulimia had even been invented. They were just doin' it for a laugh! A bit like rugby players.

Aren't rugby players fantastic? Isn't Will Carling posh? The Romans - yeah! They beat the whole world at war, except there wan't much of a world to beat at the time, y'know - no Americans or Japs or funny Egyptians - huh! You know, Cleopatra... She died of a snake crawling up her arse. You'd think someone would've noticed, wouldn't ya? And then they buried her in a pyramid!

Aren't pyramids fantastic? How did they build them? Well, they had something about it on that programme "How do they do that?" Where they show you how they do do it. Do how they do do that how they how they do that. How do they do do that? :D

LeonBrooke
16th August 2007, 04:59
Rugby? what a coarse and uncouth game. The LW isn't interested ;)

LeonBrooke
16th August 2007, 05:08
They were until he snapped on his rubber gloves and pulled a big pot of Vasoline from his pocket

No, he was calm for that part too :D

Rollo
16th August 2007, 07:28
Rugby? what a coarse and uncouth game. The LW isn't interested ;)

What? Not interested in Rugby? Not even ow?

Is the LW a fa'afafine bro?

Captain VXR

Nope. Only drifting and touring car racing :p Holiday lws got a great tan

CarlMetro

DonnieDarco
16th August 2007, 10:00
Scorchio!! :D

CarlMetro
16th August 2007, 10:34
It's a bit sunny but I wouldn't go that far :p :

Donney
16th August 2007, 11:36
Fall seems to have arrived here, sunny but windy.

DonnieDarco
16th August 2007, 21:39
The windy part is probably Carl again :D

CarlMetro
16th August 2007, 22:44
No, not me this time, in fact I've had a wind-free day so far ;)

LeonBrooke
16th August 2007, 22:48
So have I. The weather has been calm today, unlike yesterday.

CarlMetro
16th August 2007, 22:53
I do predict that it might become rather windy tomorrow around certain parts of the South though, had a nice and spicy, if rather too hot satay chicken and peswari naan for me tea :lips:

Rollo
17th August 2007, 00:12
Is "the South" some sort of euphemism? I predict that if you did have some satay chicken and peswari naan, it would get very windy in "the South". Just watch out for sudden landslides after a night of chicken korma and beef vindaloo :D

CarlMetro

Yeah, Happy birthday DD :)

Donney
17th August 2007, 10:34
Hey DD happy birthday, I hope you have a wonderful family and friends day and enjoy it fully.

And now to the important topic we'll we get some of the chocolate cake?

:D

CarlMetro
17th August 2007, 11:00
We probably won't get any, she'll scoff it all herself ;(

Donney
17th August 2007, 11:46
That's so rude. I can't believe that from DD.

CarlMetro
17th August 2007, 12:08
It's sad but true I'm afraid. Never get between a woman and her chocolate cake

DonnieDarco

Thanks all, I made sure the cake was all gone before I came in ;) :D

schmenke

Thanks all, I made sure the cake was all gone before I came in ;) :D

See! What did I tell you Donney ;)

LeonBrooke
19th August 2007, 07:41
Well, I had some cake on Friday at the hospital, so I'm satisfied ;)

MrJan
19th August 2007, 19:31

CarlMetro
20th August 2007, 10:54

my LW for a while.

DonnieDarco
20th August 2007, 15:06
I sent nobody cake!! :D I love you all..............except Schmenke :D

CarlMetro
20th August 2007, 18:09
I hereby swear, in front of a panel of my peers, that I have never, nor will I ever be loved by DonnieDarco. Unlike some members, I haven't even been to her school of wrongness, let alone been 'loved' by her

schmenke
20th August 2007, 20:39
Hmm... why are you being so defensive Carl...?

LeonBrooke
20th August 2007, 23:26
She sent you cake to your hospital? Ah, now we know who her new favorite is then, sorrry Donney, looks like there's a new kid in town ;)

Actually, the cake came from another staff member who was on maternity leave, but brought her child in to show off. She also brought cake and left it in the nurses' station, for all the nurses to consume. Doctors weren't allowed to touch it ;)

Rollo
21st August 2007, 00:28

One baby in ten buckets :D

LeonBrooke
21st August 2007, 00:31
Good point, I had never thought of that...

Donney

I need the LW I'm having an awful day, is there a way to make time time pass any faster?

schmenke
21st August 2007, 14:30
What's got you so down Donney?

Sorry, but you'll have to console yourself without the LW :D

I need the LW I'm having an awful day, is there a way to make time time pass any faster?

Sorry to hear that Donney! :(

CarlMetro
21st August 2007, 17:47
Bet my day was worse, I broke a wheel on my two-day old car ;( Bloody stupid potholes

You have my sympathies Donney, just not the LW :D

MrJan
21st August 2007, 19:03
You should try driving a piece of **** Carl. My Civic has accident damage on the offside rear, curbed alloys and duct tape holding the window up. Result: I don't care what happens to it :D

LeonBrooke
21st August 2007, 22:32
You broke a wheel in a pothole? What was the wheel made of? Biscuit dough?

CarlMetro
21st August 2007, 23:13
Not sure, it looks like metal of some sort, but bakers can do worderful things these days ;)

Now I have a nice shiney new car with three nice wheels and one which looks like it belongs on a mountain bike :\

LeonBrooke
22nd August 2007, 00:12
Just drive through the pothole a few more times and it'll look all right ;)

BM
22nd August 2007, 04:29

LeonBrooke

Another Smash 'n' Grab back ;)

BM

LeonBrooke
22nd August 2007, 04:37
What are you doing up that late??

CarlMetro
22nd August 2007, 08:23
Morning all

Donney
22nd August 2007, 10:26
Morning people, thanks all of you. :)

Today looks slightly better but I'm facing a long and hard month of September. I'm going to need a lot of the LW.

Sorry about your car Carl, that's always bad news.

DonnieDarco
22nd August 2007, 11:39
I hope things improve Donney, I'm rooting for you...............but taking the LW :D

Donney
22nd August 2007, 12:06
Thanks DD I hope things will improve too but it won't be thanks to your chocolate cake..... :(

I'll have the LW thank you.

CarlMetro
22nd August 2007, 12:54
My turn for a while I think :D

schmenke
22nd August 2007, 15:23
Mine now.

Donney
22nd August 2007, 17:09
It was yours some time ago.

CarlMetro
22nd August 2007, 17:22
And that's plenty long enough for you, time for a midweek yoink methinks :D

LeonBrooke
22nd August 2007, 23:32
I'm going to be at the hospital until 11pm tonight. I think I deserve the LW.

CarlMetro
22nd August 2007, 23:39
Well it's 11.30 now, so your time is up :D

LeonBrooke
22nd August 2007, 23:43
:(

Actually it's not so bad. I've found that it's quite quiet after about 8pm.

stevie_gerrard
22nd August 2007, 23:48
anything serious leon?

LeonBrooke
22nd August 2007, 23:54
Work. I'm doing the late shift this week. Morning shifts are pretty busy, because that's when the doctors do their rounds, people need water and their obs done, and their catheter bags emptying, and it all needs to be done at once. In the evening you've got fewer things to do and more time in which to do them. But the doctors are harder to get hold of.

BM
23rd August 2007, 01:54
I'll take care of the LW Leon, you seem to be a bit too busy ;)

Rollo
23rd August 2007, 05:40
What? wh-wh-wh-wh-what what what? I say, I say, I say. What do I say? Have you heard the joke about the inflatable dinosaur? You have? Damn. Aw well.

Stay tuned, for after the break we give away a twenty-millionth of ONE MILLION POUNDS!!! :D

CarlMetro
23rd August 2007, 08:41
Oooo! Can't wait.................no hang on a minute................. yes I can.

Can I have the LW while I'm waiting though?

DonnieDarco
23rd August 2007, 09:00
Nu-uh :D

CarlMetro
23rd August 2007, 09:02
But I want it, I need it............

Donney

But I have it.

CarlMetro
23rd August 2007, 10:56
You are using the wrong tense, had is what you should say, as in I had it once but have no more :D

Mp3 Astra
23rd August 2007, 11:03
I think someone else needs to check their tense! I'm relaxed. With the LW

CarlMetro
23rd August 2007, 11:09
Well I have to go to a meeting now, and need the LW to take notes for me as my io digital pen is flat :s

Donney
23rd August 2007, 11:11
Ask DD she might help you :p the LW is with me.

DonnieDarco
23rd August 2007, 15:13

schmenke

CarlMetro
23rd August 2007, 17:30
Well I'm out of my meeting, and my hand hurts now because I had to take my own notes  . Still I can get the LW to give it a little rub now :D

Donney
23rd August 2007, 17:57
To give it a little rub???? Oh God!

schmenke
23rd August 2007, 18:23
The LW does not rub

MrJan
23rd August 2007, 19:11
I think I might have gout.

LeonBrooke
23rd August 2007, 22:36
Why do you think that?

CarlMetro
23rd August 2007, 23:07
Too much alcohol ;)

LeonBrooke
23rd August 2007, 23:11
Yes, alcohol makes you think strange things :D

If you think you have gout, see your doctor.

Mp3 Astra
23rd August 2007, 23:24
I'm not going to look up what gout means, so I'm going to rely on what inforamation the LW can give me about Miguel's condition.

Rollo
24th August 2007, 01:24
It makes you think that you're in charge of the BTCC... no wait, that's Gow.

CarlMetro
24th August 2007, 08:36
There is quite a difference in the two.........

We're getting a new group of house surgeons on Monday. It's sad - I got to like the ones we had...

Mp3 Astra
24th August 2007, 15:23
Maybe you'll like these ones even better! I like this LW better than anyone I've met before

CarlMetro
24th August 2007, 15:30
Well it's a shame it doesn't like you then :p :

LeonBrooke
24th August 2007, 15:39
I may be going out karaoke-ing with one of the current house surgeons if I can talk a couple of other people into it.

DonnieDarco
24th August 2007, 21:41
I'm very tired :D

CarlMetro
25th August 2007, 00:08
It's a bit far for a night out, how about we meet up halfway?

Mp3 Astra

Mornin'

It's perhaps the rarest LW munch ever seen on this forum, for it does not involve cereal at all :s hock: but instead a delicious bowl of cold chicken and mushroom pasta :lips:

LeonBrooke
26th August 2007, 07:24
Yuck

DonnieDarco

DonnieDarco

MrJan
27th August 2007, 18:32
I bought I new computer the other day. Just found out that it only has broadband modem, rendering my dial-up connection useless, oh well just another reason to have broadband.

schmenke
27th August 2007, 19:01
'Bout time you moved out of the dark ages Miguel :p :

DonnieDarco

I'm glad you said that, you can do mine in future :D

CarlMetro
28th August 2007, 08:26
Crikey, even my dad, the complete technophobe, has broadband. I don't know why because his computer gets turned on probably twice a year, but there you go :s

schmenke
28th August 2007, 16:05
Even the LW has broadband :p :

MrJan
28th August 2007, 18:35
Sadly I still live at home and because my Dad can use internet at work he sees no need for it.

LeonBrooke
28th August 2007, 21:43
I don't have broadband. Still on dial up. My mum refuses to see the advantages...

DonnieDarco

You can get it for £15 a month, not much more than dial up, why not offer to pay the diff?

LeonBrooke
29th August 2007, 01:26
I've offered to my mum to pay the difference, I've even offered to pay the whole cost, but she's still reluctant :(

DonnieDarco
29th August 2007, 01:30
Ok, that's annoying :D

LeonBrooke
29th August 2007, 01:35
Very. My mum uses broadband (which she of course doesn't have to pay for) at work, and I use the wireless network at uni, but I have to pay per megabyte I download. But what are we supposed to do on the weekends? Suffer, that's what :\

Rollo
29th August 2007, 05:24
I saw this documentary on telly last night and apparantly there's these squids that live in between the two islands of NZ, and their natural predators are being fished out. Consequently, they're growing massive.
How good would that be, calamari rings the size of headbands?

This marinebiologist dude came on and found a dead on and stuck his knife into it and then said "And that there is all it's semen". Well thank you marinebiologist, no more seafood for me. I'm having lamb chops for tea.

Get yerself a wireless ethernet card (about $25.00CAD) and tap into your neighbours' transmissions. Free surfing :) . In my neighbourhood I routinely detect about a half dozen or so transmissions available :mark:

I never did like squid :s

DonnieDarco

I'll eat deep-fried anything :D

DonnieDarco
29th August 2007, 20:05
I'm much too picky an eater for that :D Have you tried a deep fried mars bar yet?

CarlMetro
29th August 2007, 21:33
No, but I have tried a nice bowl of Cheerios a couple of times :D

DonnieDarco

schmenke
29th August 2007, 22:47

Most generally are, yes, but I always seem to find a few numbnuts in my neighbourhood that have an open signal :mark:

LeonBrooke
29th August 2007, 22:54
I'm lucky to find three in my neighbourhood, and they're all security-enabled, and the signals are very low...

LeonBrooke
30th August 2007, 00:04
Well... I like Auckland thanks. My French is okay but I don't know if I could communicate with Canadians :\

DonnieDarco
30th August 2007, 01:06
Why, are they aliens? :D

LeonBrooke
30th August 2007, 01:19
Well, the last Canadian I tried to talk to might as well have been - huge miscommunication there.

schmenke
30th August 2007, 03:43
Were you two arguing over the LW?

You know, the LW belongs in Canada :p :

LeonBrooke
30th August 2007, 03:53
Something like that, yes...

And no, the LW belongs in Auckland. Fact.

Rollo
30th August 2007, 07:02
This so called "fact" is disputed.

DonnieDarco
30th August 2007, 08:19
Of course it is! Say, technically, don't we still own Canada? :D

Captain VXR
30th August 2007, 09:34

schmenke
30th August 2007, 17:56
Of course it is! Say, technically, don't we still own Canada? :D

Technically not since 1982 ;) :p :
The only British legacy of note that still remains is the proper ale that was introduced into our pubs in copious volumes :D . Both myself and the LW are forever grateful :D

(...stands with hand on heart and teary eyes and belts out God Save the Queen... )

CarlMetro

Captain VXR
