And do the mods bother to read this section?

Probably not a lot. It's a shame really, when I joined the forum there were quite a few people that used this section. Now it seems like they're all on britishrally.co.uk, which I just can't read because it always gets really political and a lot of the drivers come across as arrogant *******s (not all of them).

Yea it is a shame it used to be a small but really good group in this section but they do seem to have all moved onto to where all the rally drivers are.

I use britishrally or speccy info and to look at some of the amazing pictures but like you say it can get pretty political and very argumentative over nothing on there!

Sad to see thr Trackrod lose it's BHRC status and it is another loss for Yorkshire rallying after the North Humberside BTRDA and Ancro rounds have bitten the dust. Hope the Trackrod can gather enough entries with out the storics to run...

There's quite a bit of anti feeling towards the IRC Rally Scotland clashing with Mull.....
I think next year will be the last time it runs. Doesn't say much for the sport in UK that we can't support another International event.

Make the most of 2011 there may not be an IRC or WRC on home soil the following year...

Not good news.
I'd be surprised if there was no WRC round, but it needs a complete make-over, basing it entirely in Wales isn't working. This year was a prime example - it was basically ignored by all the major media outlets. Get it to a central area of England,......but IMS just want money.

Bit daft to go for Mull weekend really, unless they had to

Although what about the old Scottish date?

and if it was moved to central England then it would still get ignored by the media.

It would have a job as there's no forests or even decent tarmac lanes round there.
