on this week iss the 4 round of german championship the sachsen rallye! i think gassner senior want drive rallye saturnus! they dont had a chance in germany! he will win the mitropa cup! afters the win in vogelsberg gassner junior drive de sachsen rallye! wallenwein senior dont drive german championship! i think he drives saturnus to.

In the Rallye de Wallonie, second round of the Belgian Championship it is Duval who is leading after first day. He has a comfortable lead to Tsjoen, Debackere, Van Parijs, Deferm and Lietaer. He almost won every stage i guess. Snijers retired allready early in the rally with broken gearbox on his Subaru. Great pace also by Princen in his Clio R3 who is leading in Clio European cup. He is in front of Kevin Abbring by almost two minutes. ;)

Yes Wim, you are right, i just received that information also. Thanks anyhow. I read about the gearbox but it seems that was not the main problem, alltough it needs to be maintenanced also. I am not live in Wallonie as i was on tests of Loix in France. :D

We went there yesterday, quite a good rally. The timing was terrible, but everything else was good ;)

Next weekend the third round of the Austrian Championship, the Bosch Super plus Rallye, is held in Styria.

66 Crews at the Start, 3 of them in S2000 Cars: Baumschlager (Skoda), Waldherr (VW) and Benedict (Peugeot). Manfred Stohl is also taking part in his Subaru Impreza CNG.

As far as I know Slovenian Champion Tomaž Kaučič will compete. But let's wait until tomorrow. ;)

First Dominique Bruyneel who went off on SS1, then Bernard Munster who had differencial problems on his Skoda Octavia(only repaired at the service after three stages), in the Citroën Racing trophy it's not a lot better, Tanghe and Snijers are far behind... :mark:

Overall Laurent Carbonaro in his(turkmenish :p : )whale is leading the rally in front of Thomas Privé(a few engine cutting problems for him)and Bob Colsoul(best belgian driver position),...

In Austria there was the Bosch Super Plus rallye this weekend. After two days of competition it was Baumschlager who took victory in his Fabia S2000. Drama for RGRS when Waldherr retired on the very last stage, lying in second place overall, with a technical problem. :mad:

I thing that drivers from Czech Republik are too strong for our drivers. Pech, Valoušek, Orsak are professionals for our Peljhan and company, the only one who can match there pace is only actual Slovenian Champion Tomaž Kaučič. But he is not on the Entry list, wich is strange, because he told me that he will drive Saturnus and Maribor (valid for the Austrian Championship too?) with S2000 car. ;(
In the F2 category the story is totaly different. Alex Humar (new C2 R2 Max), Boštjan Logar (ex. Slovenian champion, Clio R3), Rok Turk (P 206 R3), Mitja Slejko (Clio RS), Marko Jeram (two times Italian Champion in Fiesta Cup, Fiesta ST) ... are very fast guys and even S1600 cars (Šlehofer, Vlček, Zednik), not to mention R3 (Pospisil) or R2 (Pondeliček) will not be enough. :s pin:

Just came back from a very nice first day in Saturnus ;)

Pech and Valda are in a big fight ,in one point they were 2 seconds apart.Now the difference is 19,4 sec and these two are visibly faster than the other.The Czech crews were very attractive as usual

I saw Humar on the first Trbovlje stage and that pass was :eek: :eek: :eek: .Extremely fast and attractive.Sadly his whell collapsed (the inner part fell off).I think he could have done a lot.

Anyway I will sleep earlier tonight because I am veery tired (I was at a concert last night and then went to the rally) and tomorrow is another day of action ;)

In every rally this year he had some troubles with gearbox. Maybe that was the reason...

I am not a techinician but the car started banging a lot (as if the diff broke) and he stopped but then continued at normal speed.

You should have seen it,everybody was cheering for him and then when he stopped everybody lost their breath ;)

Croatian Delta Timing are doing the timing in Saturnus. They are allways very professional and good (they are doing some Austrians and German rallies too, if I am correct), and I can say expensive too, so it's strange that the times are not OK. :mad:

Humar broke a wheel (the tyre was intact!), but on the next stage got a puncture and for him the rally was over. He will compete on Sunday (SupeRally).
Klemenčič went off the road with his Lancer, Logar roll over his Clio R3. Gassner was too fast and went straight on in a corner. The car was not demaged at all, but he coudn't reached the finish. He will compete tomorrow as a SupeRally rule.
As we predicted Pech and Valoušek are in front (Pech is very fast in high speed sections, Valoušek is very attractive in tight corners), our Peljhan is performing very well. Turk and Jeram in front in 2WD. ;)

Thank You for better information, I wrote what was written in results. They were working very bad. Still some strange times, one moment even You were leading by 5 minutes infront of Pech (if You have No.46). One another moment Pech had average speed 2159 km/h :D

Valušek had flat tyre on first of today final six stages, so he lost all chances for win. Now is 1 min 22 sec behind Pech, which is on his way to his second consecutive win on rally Saturnus.

Second leg started very bad for my favourite crews :( Valoušek lost 1:45 in SS11 and Šlehofer almost 5 minutes in SS13. Valoušek than clearly won both SS12 and 13 and get back infront of Peljhan. Šlehofer was fastest 2WD in the morning moving up to 9th overal but now he is only 18th :(

Just came back from a very nice day of rallying ;)

As said,Valda had a puncture on the first stage of the second leg and lost 1 min and 20 sec.So Pech was driving for the crowd and was very attractive.But Valda then found himself in a fight with Peljhan but I think that Peljhan was thinking about the Slovenian championship (Valda couldn't have took him so easily).
I would also note a very good performance by female Asja Zupanc.She was driving very well on her first real rally (done a short rally in Germany a few weeks ago).Asja has done hillclimbing in an Evo VIII but a rally is a rally.Unfortunately she went off on Janče 2 (while lying 8th overall) and lost a lot of time.She finished 14th overall but anyway a very good performance.I am looking forward to seeing more from her.
Humar was very fast once again.He lost a lot of time on the first stage of the day.Sadly I can't see his times since he was on SupeRally
Šlehofer was fast and attractive.Czech crews attractive as usual.

Hello! I have to say that Saturnus was very nice to watch. Fast drivers, nice weather, a lot of action, good organisation (I'm not talking about times on the net, but in the service area and press center times were OK)... As we knew even before the rally Pech and Valoušek were very fast and attractive, I'm sorry only for Orsak and his troubles. Peljhan was fast and like allways very attractive, but in the fast sections (full 5. gear) he lost a lot of time. On Sunday we lost very fast Jeram (half shaft) and Slejko (gearbox).
In the future you should watch Asja Zupanc, she is very fast and determined to prove herself. Without problems she would be 8. (4. in the Slovenian Championship). And this is her only 2. rally with Gassners EVO IX. :eek:

There will be no Dutch WRC in Rally Catalunya. They will drive in the same weekend 'Rallye Le Touquet' in France, which counts for the Euro Rally Challenge.

Final victory for Snijers in Sezoensrally in Bocholt, Belgium. It was very intense battle between Snijers and Wevers for victory. On penultimate stage Rene Kuipers went off with his Subaru Impreza WRC S14 and seems like the car is badly damaged. :(

Not victory for Vallejo yet. His car was pushed at the entrance of a works area for another driver due to mechanical problems, so Vallejo could be excluded... next friday the affair will be solved and we can know the final results

The Paradigit ELE Rally, 3rd round for the Rallyclinic Dutch Open (= Dutch Rally Championship) starts this evening. Results and entry list on http://www.rallytiming.nl and the official site is http://www.paradigit-elerally.nl. There is the comeback of Peter Bijvelds in the championship. As preparation, he drove 2 months ago the Almere Rallysprint. Mark van Eldik (Impreza WRC S14) will not start the event.

Yes, van den Heuvel and van Merksteijn jr. had a flat tyre and changed the wheel on the SS. Gert Huzink, the first leader in the rally with the Fabia WRC, crashed in SS2. :(

Bernhard ten Brinke is the surprising leader, it is only his second event in the Focus WRC and his first in the Netherlands with this car. Piet van Hoof and Arjen de Koning are 2nd and 3rd in their home event after day 1.
