On dry and hot gravel MRF tires seemed to be competitive.
Therefore I rate favorites as Østberg - Breen - Paddon.

A bit disappointed by the number of Rally4s(2WD) though, more names were expected/among the news or rumours

Unfortunately Portugal never have Junior. I think that is a point to change in future (first events deserve junior).

Thats the question. First events were usually Azores and Canarias, which were more expensive than mainland races, so thats why at least one of that events always missed in junior championship. Later start of the season also give the competitors opportunity to collect the budget for the season.

Azores had junior championship until 2019.
