Is it possible to let me know which stages in 2017/18 are running again in 2019? Names... thank you in advance

HINT: All Saturday and Sunday stages are same as 2018, SS1, 2, 3/6 and 5/8 are all new.

Why are so many drivers not going for WRC2 points in Monte? Last year we saw you could have been 20 minutes off the win and be second, which would mean a really safe drive? Or are everyone so afraid of a retirement?
