The racer69 2007 TRD3 DTM Championship - Round 6 Hockenheim
Welcome to round 6 of the championship. Racer69 has set the dates & race distances for the rest of the season & recruited me to handle the virtual paperwork. We still expect to see him on the track in limited rounds, putting around near the back as his practice budget has been slashed.
For this round we stay in Germany, heading 569 km southwest from the Eurospeeday to the Hockenheim circuit.
The young sensation Jon Brown has had his car modified to allow entry of his head, and we will see if he can make it three touring car wins in a row following his stunning victories in the Aussie V8 cars at Surfer's Paradise and in DTM cars at Eurospeedway.
Race Details
12 Laps
Hard Difficulty
Simulation mode
No cheats like Turbo etc.... to be used
Driving Standards & Corner Cutting to be turned off, but the usual forum rules of 'two wheels on track at all times' (unless you spin off or whatever) must be adhered to.
PM your qualifying time, race time & fastest lap to me by 11:59pm Friday July 20th.
New entries welcome at all times
Check out real_illusions website http://www.trd3racing.surrealillusions.co.uk/dtm.php for last year's race results, fastest laps etc....

My car has been fitted with an emergency sunroof so the top of my head can stick out of it
I'm looking forward to this round as I came 1st in the 'test session' we had at the start of the season.

Put in one installation lap and got a 1:11.9 first time out. I'm hoping that in race conditions I can lap in the low 1:12's to mid 1:11's.
