He qualified an illegal car, and his qualifying time was disallowed. I don't see how this is any different than any of the other stories we have seen this year. I certainly don't see how this shows any bias. There is no way they could have allowed him to keep a time achieved with an illegal car. Seems like an easy call to me.

Every time a driver/team that some dislike does something against the rules and or "aggresive driving" and no punishment is handed out it's "biased".
Then when the "hated driver/team" is punished it's also "biased" cause the punishment is never harsh enough.
I think the days of 25 point penaltys are long gone from racing.
If Richard Pettty was racing today he would be banned from racing.Don't take anything I post too seriously folks.

For me it sound reasonable to remove Hybrid from the car in terms of cost saving. If I am not mistaken, one unit is ca 15% of the total car cost. And in most of the rallies, more than one unit is...
