Note the difference between the two: In Sweden is one of the many wins for Ogier and he celebrate soon. In Spain is Mikkelsen's maiden win, more emotional but he still says: "this is not the way I wanted to win but..." and then celebration.

With 8-9 Rally1 cars per rally, things are desperate enough for commentators to not judge participating drivers too harshly.
