F1: Sutil Withdraws Appeal Against Assault Conviction
This is a very short article, so I'm not quoting it. But my head is about to explode with conspiracy theories. According to this article Sutil still hold a super license which leads me to speculate about Massa’s seat. The timing is just too good. I wonder if their attorneys reached a deal to not take this to a Civil Case

I'm thinking about a three way deal with Sutil going to sauber Perez to Ferrari, and Massa talking to himself :
