Autosport says organization will spread water in 2 of the 3 night stages in order to prevent dust problems.

And they are right!

The first stage was delayed 30 minutes and the sunday stages were delayed 25 minutes.

Why are they delaying the stages? I dont see the relation between delayed stages and water spraying.
