Ok got it to about 100mb but now the file is unable to be played by anything I have, which I don't normally have a problem with.

Will still be fairly large, I've converted to flv and it was 190mb, but the file won't play.

Sounds like the Sasol will be a rough event with a total lottery being the weather, rain expected on all days.
