What is the leg 2 starting order based on this year?
Is it
1. Rally 2 drivers
2. Result day 1
3. FIA seeding
Or something else?

Actually not. For example Mikkelsen starts before SWRC and Pajunen and Grondal among SWRC. Although all are without priority.
