You said there was no signs of the weather improving. The weather since then has been pretty much spot on (apart from the odd day it two). In fact, it’s 18 degrees this afternoon in the north east. You were wrong!!
However, it may rain during the rally. That’s separate from what you said initially.

The NE isnt Wales.

A great improvement hasnt really happened there and it was been wet in the run up so far this week. And the forecast for the rally which you were on about is far from dry and sunny.

My guesswork based on the weather since August has proved spot-on.
