Of course he can do more by improving the marketability of the series. Even the somewhat moribund Dakar attracted a new manufacturer in Audi with a sustainability ploy. The WRC should be exploiting their new "hybrid" rules, the "cleanliness" of electric antilag, their new synthetic fuel, etc, but instead they're going "don't expect any new manufacturers anytime soon", as if holding up their hands and relieving themselves of responsibility should the series continue declining.

"I can't be happy. It's not a concern of the car and it has nothing to do with the preparation of the rally. There was a puncture in SS3 then he pushed because I can understand the situation. He slipped and punctured two tires because he hit hard on the side. That's how it is ... He maybe immediately wanted to make up for the lost seconds. It's his rally, we know that he is the fastest here. The first puncture is undoubtedly his fault, he had a hard time accepting it, I imagine ", Andrea Adamo analyzes our microphone.

"My analysis in the championship? We will talk about it again on Sunday afternoon ... The hard knocks make the difference between the strong and the weaker. The strong continue to push and improve if necessary. For a few rallies, The performance car is present. The race is still long. We are behind among the drivers and the manufacturers: what are we going to manage? My drivers do not need instructions at the moment. in fact, it is to slow down my drivers, not to push them ", also indicates the boss of Hyundai Motorsport.

Any context into the first puncture being Tänaks fault?

Today we’ve covered almost 130 km,and tomorrow we have another 180 km. The car works very cool, there is a little lack of energy intensity of the suspension at the jumps–we grumble, but we take the heat–so far so good. In terms of the pace, everything is excellent,it’s very cool!

Suninen saying to Finnish media that the car cannot handle jumps at this speed. If he tries to drive as fast as he wants, the water pump starts failing.

Alex and I have both just been released from the hospital. CT scans show no internal injuries so that’s good news. We’re both just beat up, concussed, and our eyes are sore from the pressure due to the speed and duration of the rolling.
