What you guys don't know is I missed Monaco picks just to give you a fighting chance. If I ran away from the start, you might all quit making picks.
Actually if I made Monaco picks, I [i]might[/] be in the fight for last. But then again, the spread isn't too big, and I think there is still some shaking up that will take place through the season.
But speaking of podiums, now I'm wondering who really has them this year. I think they have been spread around fairly well, as well as race wins.

ZDKF1 British GP scores
The post above was a quick recap from my phone, but somehow it died?
ZDK rank/member/points
18 Finland mfCOD 45
45 USA mf_mr_swiss 39
63 USA mf_airshifter 36
90 USA tazio 30
105 Canada mfbagwan 23
Not only did COD beat us all in the race, he was the highest ranking for us on qualification picks as well, with an overall ZDK qually rank of 9th. Well played sir!
Season standings
ZDK rank/movement/member/overall points
46 -4 USA mf_mr_swiss 341
55 -12 USA tazio 331
66 +12 Finland mfCOD 317
71 -12 Canada mfbagwan 313
72 +3 USA mf_airshifter 312 **non adjusted**
That good scoring made COD the big mover upwards. And in qually he has the lowest total margin of error, so consistency in that aspect is helping him as well.
Once again, if you remove my points deficit for not picking at Monaco, the field is still tight for the rest of you guys.

No scores posted for Germany yet. With such a crazy race, I think scores will be low.
I do know that I didn't get my prediction in, even though I beat the deadline..... But to avoid any further screw ups I went ahead and made predictions for the rest of the season.

German GP scores
Well after that race, it's no surprise that all the scores are low. But at least it was a great race to watch.
ZDK ranking/member/race score
56 mfbagwan 13
65 mf_mr_swiss 12
72 tazio 11
101 mfCOD 8
114 mf_airshifter 7 **no points** Didn't get my pick in!
Nobody got within 1% of the pole time. COD was the closest to pole time, but picked Leclerc for the front of the grid. So to remind everyone what a crazy race this was, for the top three forum finishers, 3 of those points were for selecting Hamilton for pole!
Season Rankings Overall
ZDK position/movement/member/points
46 - mf_mr_swiss 353
56 -1 tazio 342
73 -2 mfbagwan 326
74 -8 mfCOD 325
79 -7 mf_airshifter 319 **non adjusted** I now need to subtract 29 points for the two missed races!
Mr Swiss is the only forum member to not drop in positions. And in a race like this, that's quite a win!

Well if we want to be up front, we are probably all a bit "non adjusted". But now two of us are identified as such. ]
After missing two this season, I just made picks for all the remaining races just so I can't get another DNF. Even if the field changes, at least I've got some picks in.
As for Hungary, it looks like Mr Swiss might have spanked us this race. But I'm far too lazy to dig into it much until the scores post. None of us had Max for the pole, and the lower positions on the top 10 were fairly varied for picks.

Hungary 2019 ZDK scores
Sorry for the delay, but I haven't had much keyboard time free.
As I thought at my initial look, Mr Swiss pulled off another forum win before the summer break. And he did it with an overall ZDK rank of 4th, so for a race with some twists and turns out of the ordinary he obviously saw it coming.
ZDK Rank/member/points
4 mf_mr_swiss 47
26 mf_airshifter 40
35 tazio 39
85 mfbagwan 28
90 mfCOD 27
None of us picked Max for pole, so nobody got any points for that prediction. COD was ranked 6th with his prediction time, so at least one of us was close on something.
Going into the break, Mr Swiss stretched his overall lead over Tazio a little more. With two of us now having missed races, that might leave this a three horse race towards the season end. But the less thna 50 point spread can disappear quick with just a crazy race or two.
Season ZDK rank/movement/member/points
35 +11 mf_mr_swiss 400
50 +6 tazio 381
71 +8 mf_airshifter 359 **non adjusted** (-29)
77 -4 mfbagwan 354 **grossly and utterly non adjusted** (-28)
79 -5 mfCOD 352
It looks like us non adjusted mf'ers are probably going to be battling it out for the last spots, but if we get lucky one of us might have a shot at COD. Tazio is fairly close to COD with overall pole prediction times with only a couple second margin between them.
Don't let the summer break end sneak up and get your Spa predictions in now, unless you want to join us non adjusted MF'ers in the cheap seats.
I think we saw this one coming, didn't we?
