When do the fia rally stewards put out their reports at the end of the rally?

When was the last Citroen 1-2?

Mixed bag of a rally, for my tastes.

On the plus side, it was "tough" which made it different and interesting. I wouldn't want every rally like this, but one is good.

On the minus side, there was a quiet tide of road cleaning under all the "tough rally" stuff, which made it too dominated by running order (like Sardinia which I would like to drop).

Obligatory Meeke fan comment: I wish he'd beaten Latvala, but it was an OK-ish result under the circumstances.

Lappi and Mikkelsen continued to look like they will keep their jobs, which wasn't so clear half a season ago.

everybody said basically the same about Ogier after Germany and look at the standings now.

People tend to predict things very early.

With the two passes of Marmaris power stage Tänak showed IMO how much he had held back so far on this rally.

and interesting comment from him that "We knew the hards wont work for us"

He went off twice, and was lucky to do it in safe places both times.

Because he wants the PS win and can afford to save the tyres on the stages before?!?

    1) Neuville is away only 30 points. Yes, his situation is not perfect, but you can not completely eliminate his chances. Tänak was after Argentina 28 points away from lead and was leading 3 rallies later with 4 points.

    2) Yes, I'm Estonian and yes, I'm hope Tänak will win. But I don't hope he will win because of bad luck / not-driver-caused technical issues for others. From that perspective I more hope Tänak will get what he deserves - the title.

More like it showed that saving 4 mediums for most of the loop is faster than driving on 5/6 hards combined with mediums like everyone else did.

I certainly don't believe he was consistently posting 5+ stage times through friday and first stage on saturday just because he was holding back.

Toyota got better than last year, but still
seemed like the slowest car here.
