I am impressed with Frank Tore Larsen. Great pace in old one.

Is there any development happening on VW Motorsport on the Polo R5, or is it still the same as it was born?

Watching a review from Rally Alto Tâmega, from Portugal, Pedro Meireles was saying that he was expecting the arrival of a new gearbox from Germany, which sounded like some sort of upgrade. He was also saying that there are less Polo's running, which makes the process of developing a bit slower.

I am not aware that Skoda Motorsport have any major events on the horizon so I wonder whether this test (and recent ones of Meeke) are actually testing components for the next Fabia R5? Or maybe just some jokers to see this model through until homologation of the new car.

People are selling their Mk2 Fiestas, something at the back of the car that they can not adjust so they get enough grip. Many have tested a lot, but habe not managed to get the level of confidence as in a Mk1.
Are MSport planning upgrades for this?Last edited by Sulland; 11th October 2020 at 14:31.
