Have you ever climbed over/through a thorn hedge? Marshals in my experience have been well drilled and fair on this event, the hedges are much less friendly in my experience and if you can scout out some locations before hand its well worth doing also if you plan to move about much on the stages don't wear your best trousers as they won't be by the time your home!

I've climbed through thorn hedges more times than I care to admit... haha but I get the point! So the general consensus is as long as we arrive early we can pretty much wander anywhere that's physically possible as long as it's safe, and won't have to be penned into spectator zones? If so that's good news because after some Google Street View recces of the stages there are some beautiful sections that require a lot of wandering!

I wonder whether the Fabia R5 will handle the bumps and jumps in Ireland as well as the Fabia S2000?

Hopefully better than the Peugeot!

I've never had to stand in such uncomfortable/precarious positions to get photos as I did on last year's Circuit. Basically yeah you'll need to probably be on or in a hedge at some point. After you've climbed over a barbed wire fence. It's all good though. Part of the challenge. Great rally!
