Who was the star of the Monte ?
I know Loeb deserve it, but I gave my vote to Chris Atkinson, wasn't easy to keep tarmac specialist Duval behind him...Let me also mention Broccoli's amazing result/performance on Clio

The obvious pick would be Atkinson, but apart from the final result, Duval did equaly good. New team, new car, new codriver. For that, I'd pick Francois.

I chose Andersson, new to 4wd, new car and lots of problems throughout the rally. I'm impressed by his results.
There WAS nothing like rallying, Superrally is a joke!

i choose Loeb, he did not give much chanses to the others, a win by minutes even cruising the half of the event makes it difficult to call anyone else a star.

PG for me, mostly because pace of the suzuki was more or less surprise for me and pace of PG was the real surprise! Maybe tarmac is easier for a newcomer than gravel, but still it was a great performance imho!

I doubt if to vote Atkinson or P-G. But anyway Loeb has bad luck that he's permanent star so that noone will vote him

Loeb is always the star, so it´s no point in giving it to him. I voted PG, but bpth Atko and Duval did very good jobs!

PG for sure, for a car with all those problems on day one and first time in wrc, its a great surprise, of course he benefited from the retirements, but he posted some really good times.

Brocolli - the speed and control in the Clio compared to the N4 guys was superb, made them look very ordinary.
Of the WRC guys...Loeb was in cruise control god knows how far ahead he could have been so it has to be PG for bringing the Suzuki home and doing well on the debut. Atko was also very good.:champion: WRC3 championship, WRC4 championship, WRC4 PCWRC, WRC4 ERC
