    NASCAR needs to scratch the top 35 rule. Worst rule in NASCAR that has an influence on teams and NASCAR's marketing platform. It will, in time, harm the sport.

    They should lock the top 20 if anything. Not fair to the teams that NEED to make the race first in order to improve.
