    Suzuki in ARC

Rumours abound that Suzuki are looking at entering the ARC in 2009.

Could be with a S1600 car or an S1600 converted to S2000 like Ford did with the Fiesta.

Will be interesting to see what happens. Would be good with 4 manufacturers in the ARC.

Ray, I thought there were only two manufacturer teams in the ARC at the moment (Toyota and Ford). Have I missed something here or is there another manufacturer team I've missed

Possible return of Mitsubishi with the EVO X late next year.

Have also heard a rumour about another manufacturer interested in building a regional spec S2000.

Suzuki may enter as a frontline S2000 based car or host a one make series based on the Swift RC Cup held overseas. Maybe even both. Suzuki's Asia-Pacific campaign was based on the Gold Coast. So it is not a surprising move.
