2025 Race 23 - Qatar
Race 23, with a sprint race thrown in.
Well, last race I thought Norris had pretty much wrapped everything up - but the F1 gods showed never take anything for granted.
Max won Qatar last year. Piastri finished third, and Norris was 10th. If anything close to this happens, it could lead to an epic race 24. Or Bortoleto will do his impression of a "torpedo" and take out Max and Piastri to end the drama of the season.

The sprint format in Qatar should shake things up, and with the drivers' championship picture tightening, this weekend has the potential to set up a fantastic showdown in Abu Dhabi. With the conditions being stable for a night race and no weather surprises expected, it should be a pure performance showdown between the drivers and the machinery.
If you are travelling to Lusail and want to mix some exploring with the racing, this off-track guide should be really helpful. It points out great spots like Al Bidda Park, Msheireb Downtown, the Doha Fire Station art hub, and some solid food options around West Bay that are perfect for filling the time between sessions.

Who knows, maybe Gabriel will take out Lando at the first turn, leaving Max and Piastri fighting for the lead.
And then it would all come down to the last race.

Anything is possible at this point. Who saw a double disqualification coming for McLaren at Las Vegas?
Verstappen may take out Lando and open the way for Piastri to win. Or the other way round for a Verstappen win, which would rub salt into the McLaren wound if both cars DNF.Last edited by Nitrodaze; 27th November 2025 at 18:31.

Felipe? Felipe?
Is that you?

I can see it now. Yuki takes out Lando and Oscar at the first corner. Max over the radio... "Yuki is a legend".
He is signed for next year with a mega contract.
ETA: Lando still has it all wrapped up unless some very bad luck comes his way, or he simply chokes and creates his own bad luck. With only two races it's hard to blow a lead like that unless he is off the podium, and those McLaren cars should at least do that every race.Last edited by airshifter; 28th November 2025 at 05:35.
