    [WRC] Rallye Monte Carlo 2024

    17 stages and 338.62kms will make up the 92nd edition of Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo.
    As reported before, the rally base will go back to Gap in 2024, while the ceremonial start and finish will remain in Monaco.

    It could be more freezing this year, I heard that the stages are more in mountains, Am I right?

    Yes, after a quick look it looks like the stages are located mostly pretty high in the mountains. Large part of the millage is upon 1000 meters. Two stages get upon 1500.

    The power stage is a hill climb to Col de Turini. Actually why not

    I did a bit of research and i found out that most of the stages were pretty tricky and icy in past years. We are going to a proper Monte!

    Which stages get over 1500? This is actually quite insane, for example it is like highest mountain in Czechia

    yes, it should be interesting and icey/snowy again because they moved back to Gap. but you never know the climate

    ... I hate those Sunday's afternoons, when the rally or season is over. Because you just realize, that next rally is in 2 months.. I spent 4 hours searching for Monte stages and results And I will continue with this tomorrow hahhaha

    Col de Turini is at 1609 meters. St Legér les Mélézes - La Batie Neuve goes to 1572 meters (probably) and Les Nonieres - Chichilianne up to 1460 meters.

    Organisers are forced to change itinary of Monte Carlo Rally because they didn't get any authorisation for one special stage
