Best of luck for the rally. Africa is certainly an "interesting" country to rally in and looks like you have more adventures so far than most crews do on an entire event!

Still damp after overnight rain here. Just heading off to do recce at 10:38. Usual last minute panic making sure we have everything in the car as we head straight to pre-start parc ferme.
If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

Recce done. Very damp, only one bit which is a nice watersplash into a hairpin right. Hopefully the top guys clear it for us

At the ceremonial start, there’s a few spectators but not many. No buzz about it at all.
Meant to say earlier that they have swapped the lane letters this year. Last year it was A & B (started B), I’ve got two sets of notes (one for each starting position, but now I am using Lane B notes to start in Lane A.
There was a couple of small changes in the stage so the distance is not exactly the same.If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!

Not sure about well done - far too slow. Words will be had this evening.
They changed our start time and gave me 30s notice to get kitted up and get to the start line. Not pleased, wasn’t organised at all, was halfway through a samosa from the cateringIf the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!
