I've got a lot of complaints about this tinpot itinerary, and that was before I even realised this was the shakedown stage.....

Surely long haul rallies (where you can't test in the country), should have a compulsory proper shakedown stage. 8-10ks or something. Instead we have a minute stage that isn't even representative of the route....

Despite all the issues, still great to be back in NZ.

With a shaky camera courtesy of WRC All live, and missing Paddon in the process....honestly at this stage I'd rather have more stage cameras and have no commentators. Absolutely useless.

If you've got a stage put it in the rally. Do this 3 times you get 10km with opportunity to fiddle.
