I don't mind - water/fluid is a consumable unlike a driveshaft but there were 5s penalties for 0.14kj of boost for less than 10 seconds.... gotta be consistent.

water is not a mechanical part nor a tool. i think you are allowed to use a stick that you found as a wrench (or a driveshaft) if you want...

The way he swerved to avoid a big puddle looked like they were going too fast. As soon as the picture went I knew it was a crash.
