35-45km stages used to be normal still in the beginning of 2000’s. Now one long stage is a miracle

quick doubt: is this "citroen team" in wrc a "factory" team? i know its a team from belgium, but i dont understand if it is actual citroen behind them, like in motocross where kimi raikkonen's team...
