Sami Pajari and Luke Anear are surprises. Dominguez Jr. in Rally3 and Eduard Pons in Rally2 too.

WRC2 - Sami Pajari debut at the Rally Italia Sardegna. The Finn, after the first 3 appointments in wrc3 with the Ford Fiesta Rally3, will officially make his debut in the superior category aboard the Skoda Fabia Rally2 managed by TokSport. "It is a really nice rally, but done with a powerful car, I can't wait to do my first Rally2 event and drive around the world. I don't set myself goals, but of course I would like to see an increase in pace."
see the livery of the car here with original Italian arcticle of rallyssimo.it https://www.rallyssimo.it/2022/05/10...alia-sardegna/

Count down for Rally Italia Sardegna 2022 now has truly began: Toksport are the very first to arrive at the Alghero harbour service park.

    Toksport.jpg

But the most interesting Toksport car was not yet visible: the one for Pajari on his Rally2 debut.

Yet another car run by Toksport. What a huge team they are now compared to a few years ago.

SSS1 Olbia – Cabu Abbas => right after the roundabout there is this incredible narrow entry into Via Tirso, seems to be absolutely no margin of error here https://www.google.be/maps/@40.92965...7i13312!8i6656

SS6+8 Osilo – Tergu => last year me and my nephew went by car to assist on this stage in the opposite direction. To our big amazement the stage at Chiesa Santa Maria di Sassalu was still open 3 hours before race time so we decided to take a look with our car on the stage to find the best point of view and eventually found one were we asked permission to a farmer to leave the car at his property. When last rally car finally passed and stage was open again we headed back to our car and drove a big chunk of the freshly razed bedrock road in the actual race direction. Some amazing experience making you a try wanna be WRC driver but passing by the damaged and abandoned cars on the stage made you quickly realize this stage is no fun. The limited time that this stage is closed probably has to do with its common open road status because used by a lot of farmers living in the neighborhood.

Notice board on the official website, already 2 bulletins issued, see https://www.rallyitaliasardegna.com/...board/?lang=en. In Bulleting 2 there are some amendments to the Road Books, RB1: New Layout of SSS1 Olbia - Cabu Abbas. The gravel Area Circo part of the sss is now nicely drawn out:
