Yeah, but that's MSports business model, often also getting a share of future income of that driver.
It worked well as long as young drivers with some money went to them. Didn't work that well the last two years when those drivers (Loubet, Veiby, Solberg, Solans) instead went to others.
Surely they are hoping to get back to that business with Puma.

Some teams might pay their drivers a lump sum per year or month and leave it up to the drivers to negotiate payment with their co-drivers. Other teams might negotiate salaries directly with the co-drivers and pay them separately from the driver's salary. It all just depends on the team and their way of doing things.
Just like how different companies have different ways of creating paystubs, it's the same with co-driver salaries. If you're in a situation where you need to create a paystub for your co-driver, you can always use a paystub maker to help you out! It's a quick and easy solution to keep track of the financial papers.Last edited by Helopant; 16th February 2023 at 15:40.

It’s all down to individual agreements and negotiation. There’s no set way of doing things. What might work for some might be unacceptable for others.
If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off!
Having base-to-car radio comms used to be common, right? The only truly novel thing would be having it be open for broadcasting purposes. So yeah, imo radio is fine, but using it to milk...
