    No Latvala needs a car with understeer built into it so he "doesn't have to worry about controlling the front end" and is able to drive the car via the rear axle. It's quite interesting, someone who drives with lots of oversteer isn't necessarily a oversteer driver.

    Interesting. But I thought that he struggled at VW with a car that was suitable for Ogier (and now we have an understeering car with no center diff and the car definitely suits Ogier)

    Well there are obviously more elements than just a simplistic view at over/understeer, so none of as can make a proper assumption, but the understeer thing is just something he explained once in an interview and it didn't sound like he made it up.
