I know it's been talked about before here in this forum but I just couldn't find it, what are those black caps on the Yaris's wheel rims, they didn't used to have them until Monza last year, now have them on each (Tarmac)rally, why?

Wasn't much to see anyway, it's probably the least interesting section of the whole rally, I didn't even bother to have a look at it in 18

Last years they run between loops on saturday and sunday, no chrono, only exhibition.
This year I don't know if they will run laso between loops on friday as it will be tarmac.
Wet conditions. Portuguese Autosport brought something to the table... the WRC2 crews are using a WRC spec tyre that is harder than the spec Meeke and other CPR runners are using.
