The rally starts in 19 days and they have not yet announced essential details about it. People from all over the world have booked tickets and they still don’t know 100% if spectators will be allowed…

Guys, where are you searching for acommodation? On Booking.com there is very few offers around Lamia (and it has been like that even many months ago - seems like that area has very few offers on Booking).

Apparently, organisers booked all hotels in the area, and only through their official travel agency you can book those hotels.

I booked an Airbnb in Lamia but did it like 3 months ago when I decided I was definitely going. It was even very few options then. All hotels were already booked solid when I looked. Hope you find a place!

Trying to plan some stuff out. Some of these access roads look wild. Just upgraded my rental to an SUV....

For instance, taking another posters advice, was going to try to do SS7->SS9->SS11 and looking at one of the potential spectating areas, near the "Pyra of Herlcules", the road looks intimidating. Also, I'm not keen on what the arrows mean (one way only? evac route?) I don't want to mess stuff up by taking routes to spectating areas that I'm not supposed to be driving on...

C'mon. This isn't unusual these days.

The dutch government only announced this week whether / how many spectators would be allowed for the Grand Prix in two weeks.

Every major event and festival all over Europe is really only one government announcement away from happening at all or not. this is hardly the fault of those seeking to still run events.

also bear in mind that we are talking Balkan subhumans here, not some civilised developed world nation, they are not even vaccinated at 50%.

If they are the reason the rally gets restrictions i think a good idea would be to have a hunting season for them and shoot them down like the dogs they are.

Special Stages are open and free for anyone to spectate. Usage of masks, sanitizers and other safety measures is highly suggested. To access the Service Park area, VIP area in Athens SSS (Public Cafe for the locals) and any enclosed official area, vaccination is required.
